2000 dodge ram 1500 with a 5.2 overheating. replaced the water pump, tstat, temp sensor, all coolant hoses and flushed. added on an elec fan and cleaned out clogged cat converter

head gasket ain't leakin'? check you oil for signs of coolant....check you coolant for the presence of oil~ pressure test the cooling system if you can get yer mitts on a pressure tester~
