oil leaking out of front of transmission

If it is oil and not tranny fluid,you rear main seal is bad.

I just done a oil change on my 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. After my oil change I started the engine and immediately oil started pouring out of the bottom around the front of the tranny. Can anybody tell me what that means
