I have a 1995 model Dodge Dakota 4 wheel drive with a 318 v8 will it interchange with a 99 full-size Dodge 4 wheel drive pickup

The 99 is non-egr, the 95 has egr. different intake manifolds. oil pans are different. could swap all parts over to the new motor and you should be fine.
