Replaced fuel pump in 01 suburban and still no fuel, relay is new, what else could it be?

two tanks, rear tank working. reattached ground, good ground, 12 volts getting to pump.

2001 Chevy Suburban 1500 new fuel pump and still not running relay is good fuse is good regulator is good so what could it be

I have a 1996 suburban with an issue that need help with. My truck idle find revs up find only when you put it in gear and want to go it wants to die you let off the paddle and it fin you step on the gas want to chock it has no power.
