1998 Ram 5.9

My Ram vibrates in park and when driving, ill hit 45
mph and let go throttle it will cruise really nice,its
not suspension parts or mounts got them replaced,
i have check engine light on and codes read
injectors on all cylinders, which i think makes no
sense because if you step on it it responds really
well! i need some answers please

You obviously have a problem because the engine is running rough and the check engine light is on. You should probably take it to a pro but post the actual codes so we can check it out.

the codes have been fixed replaced and still makes same code which are P0202,P0302, P0123, P0751, it vibrates in park not on acceleration, and also vibrates on decceleration, then rpms drop and cruises just fine,
