I have a 1998 dodge ram 5.9  4x4 sport, took off
the valve body to replace shifter seal and now it
doesn't shift right.

Yes, i did when i was putting back together, there was a pop and truck shifted a little as i was under it. It going in to gears fine, but as your starring to go it does 1shift change then another as your speeding up but once it time for the third it fills like there's something not letting it change for higher speed. Before i changed this part it worked fine.
