98 Dodge 1500

I ran out of gas in my 97 Dodge on a very cold day
I didn't think to get gas right away and it SAT for 5
hours When i finally returned with gas  the truck
wouldn't start, i then added heat checked all fuses
and fuel filter, i added more gas just because. Still  
wont start!! It will turn over stay started for about
10 seconds then nothing. Any Suggestion?

Mine did the same thing ,didn't run out of gas but was low, and was on a steep hill and it was the fuel pump it stopped working.
