Will an nv5600 manual transmission bolt up to a
5.9L magnum? I have the 46re but would like to
change it out for a manual.

I see a number of guides written on various dodge forums about this type of swap, so maybe try them for some tips: www.transmissiontuner.com , www.dieselbombers.com , www.cumminsforum.com , www.ramforum.com .

the first site you suggested didn't display correctly and the site links didn't work, the ramforum didn't have anything on tranny swaps or nv5600's.
