Hopefully you let the battery charge up before you tried to start it. I'm thinking what might have happened is that you put too much voltage through the system with the charger hooked up. This can do damage to a number of electronic components. If the PCM got to much voltage you will have no fuel and no ignition.

I have the same issue replaced the ECm and all fuses are good. Oil pump gauge will work after I turn it over a few times and the voltage meter works. Still not start while cranking. Could the crank sensor cause the engine light to stay off?

I agree about a follow up. My trucks been doing the same stuff. Put new crank sensor new coil. No spark no fuel pump no check engine light
