I have a 1997 dodge ram 1500 4x4 when the transmission gets warmed up about 5 miles down the road it seems to go into overdrive like or pop outs of 5th gear into 4th gear

I know the truck recently had a newer motor put in from a 1998 dodge ram.  I
have already changed the fluid and filter and checked the fluid level when it
was warm checked the level twice it was good. I heard it may be a shift
solenoid but don't which one it would be. please help

I hv a 95 dodge ram 1500 aod transmission it shifts perfect until it warms up then it doesn't want a come out of first and sometimes it won't move at all...let it cool down its fine until it gets warmed up

Overdrive tcc solenoibd costs about 85 bucks at at autozone better get about 6 quarts if atf + iv and a filter its in the transmission pan
