How do I fix my 1996 dodge ram

I have a 1996 dodge ram and every time I go
to start it it won't turn over and the fuse for
my dash blows every time I put a new one in
it how can I stop that from happening?

First, you have to find out what the fuse is feeding and what's causing the fuse to blow.
