1996 Dodge ram

We have a 1996 Dodge Ram 1500 two wheel
drive great running truck we left it set about a
year or so and now when it run it runs about
three mile maybe 4 before it dies have to set
a while before will start replaced the coil fuel
pump ignition I seen this to be a pretty
common problem so what has been y'all's
common answer so we don't have to spend
lots more money I'm on the truck

Did you swap out the fuel, and change the oil and other fluids? After a year the fuel degrades.
