Dodge transmission not shifting to high gear

Asked by Josephreed Jan 28, 2017 at 09:05 PM about the 1996 Dodge RAM 1500 ST Club Cab 4WD

96 Dodge Ram extended cab 4 wheel drive 1500. I replace the transmission,
replace the TCM Module,  replaced crankshaft sensor and the truck is still not
wanting to shift into the higher gears. That's the same thing it was doing with
the old transmission. Could the torque converter be bad?
