Might be a silly question, but is your check engine light on? if so, then you could bring it to a garage and have them pull the codes. Obviously, not running makes that a bit of a hassle. If you buy a handheld scan tool or know someone who does, then you could do it yourself. Another thing to consider is that if it sat for a long period of time, depending on the environment, you could have had some scale buildup and sediment, etc. in the fuel tank and it may have worked its way through the fuel system. Have you checked the fuel filter? If it was bad enough it may have made it to the injectors and plugged up the tips. I've never done injectors on a Dodge RAM myself, so I can't help specifically, but I am a mechanic. Sounds like you've tried almost everything. Good luck.
