left turn signal blinking fast, replaced the back tail light assembly with a used one, per chevy the old one was leaking water and corroded

got a used back tail light assembly, everything works fine, except the left turn signnal is still blink really fast.

all Sutliff Chevy did was pop the left front head light out and unplug it and took out the turn signal bulb and cleaned the plugs, put it back in and now it works fine.
