Okay...2001 Malibu. I replaced the ignition switch with a new/used one because of the infamous security issues. Car was running fine before I changed the ignition but now it will not idle. :(

I thought about that too....I put the old one back in just to test that theory and got the same result. Idk...I did go ahead and replaced the T.P.S also. No help there either.

I did glance at the fuses but I will take a closer look in the morning. I did disconnect the battery before doing anything with the ignition. Thanks for taking the time to reply. This one has got me stumped.
