Truck keeps shutting off and idoling low

I have a 1994 Dodge Ram 1500 and it keeps
shutting off every time I turn the wheel sharp or am
barley moving. It also keeps idoling ow and I have
put on a new power steering pump a new TPSa
new IAC and a new EGR i have no clue what it
could be can anyone please help me?

It even shuts off when I am stopping to make a turn like today it shut off when I was stopped at a red light and I didn’t even know it.
