ALL LIGHTS COME ON ON START BUT WON'T START RANDOMLY .
SOMETIMES JUST NEED TO WAIT LITTLE WHILE AND IT WILL START

Your Impala is involved in a recall for the ignition switch. Visit your local Chevrolet Dealer and if the ignition switch is bad maybe you can get it fixed for free under the recall! Carcomplaints.com will have more details on the recall. Hope that helps! Jim
