2003 S10 Aftermarket Radio Install Problem

Asked by David Dec 27, 2017 at 09:15 PM about the 2003 Chevrolet S-10 LS RWD

Question type: Car Customization

I went to install my aftermarket Kenwood
radio and there's a fuse in the back, every
time I plug the radio into the wiring harness
the fuse blows. I have all the wiring correct,
positives to negatives and so forth. I was
wondering if somehow I shorted the radio
and fried the board or something.

I think you'll need a computer interface , see a pro stereo shop , it's probably turned on by the computer the days of a red and black wire are done , the computer runs everything
