woul the rims of a 2000 Chevy blazer fit my 2003 s10, bolt pattern i mean?

Yes but 4x4 rims have much more of a positive offset than 2wd rims. 4x4 wheels can't go on a 2wd, 2wd wheels will stick out considerably if put on a 4x4
