4.3 l Vortec wont start

i have a 2002 S-10 with a 4.3 vortec engine new ecm ingnitioncontrol module crank sensor i even have a new fuel pump recently had to change the right head just put the engine back together drove it to the store and when i got in to come home it would not start since i could not smell any fuel when i tried to start it i poured a little into the intake and it starts great fuel tank is full but suspect no fuel getting to cylinders could it be the fuel control module or is there something that controls it that i need to check?

oh i removed the intake and replaced the spider assy when i did i found oil in the spider area -- all was wet and there was a puddle of oil in the rear or the engine -- is this normal or should it be dry?
