Unknown problem

I started up my truck early morning, I had to turn it off for
maybe just a minute and when I went to start it again nothing
was working(no lights won't even try to turn over when key is
turned even when I tried to jump it nothing wants to work at
all, any ideas on what's causing all this?

check your positive and negative posts on your battery for corrison clean and try good luck.
