Remove the tree, the branches are in the way. No really, have you checked the fuse box to see if it was damaged or a fuse knocked lose from the impact? It sounds like an electrical problem where the power is not getting through to the dash. Who extensive was the damage, and was there any damage to the dash? Is you fuse box in the engine compartment or under the dash and could someone or something hit it?
