2000 Chevy S10 Pickup Igintion Problems

Sometimes my truck will not start when I turn the key.  It makes no sound at all, but power to instruments, radio, and front lights work.  I have been able to play around with the Park/Neutral gears and even have rolled the vehicle a little. Eventually the truck will catch and start accordingly.
