How do I lower Knox at 15 mph

What do I need to do to get the Knox down at 15
mph there 500 over

Check to make sure your EGR is working properly and that the passages are clear (in the intake also), high NOx can be from too hot of exhaust gas, she helps cool it as does fuel so if you can find a way to richen the mixture youll bring temps down (maybe you could partially restrict the air filter)
