Ac works fine but blower makes loud noise!

The blower only works on high but now it makes a horrific noise like it's about to explode!

Usually 1 of 2 things: The blower motor is bad (bad bearings allowing it to wobble) or there is debris in the fan cage. Best thing to do is pull the blower motor and take a look.

Oh sorry, the blower only working on High is an indication of a bad blower motor resistor. They are usually inexpensive.

About that time of year for mice to start making their fall/winter littering beds/nest and center/lower under dash heater ducks to blower motor is perfect.
