drained the tank and it had really bad gas so
i put some fuel treatment in five gallons of
gas and put it in the truck. Oh yeah i
changed the plugs to and found one faiuled.
Any way scence then it started smokeing

Sounds like a blown head gasket. The exhaust have a sweet smell? Checking compression would be a good indication if you have 2 low cylinders. If you pull the plugs, you can see it in the plug, it would be real clean.
