truck shut down while in operation

Heard a "clinking" noise not a knock, before I could
pull over, the engine shut down. Oil has been
"sprayed or blown" all underneath. Motor turns but
will not start.Any help would be much appreciated

Clicking noise was probably a knock and engine is likely shot. See if you can located where the oil came from.
