car dies periodically there is no draw on battery but it dies every 2-3wks. Battery has been
replaced twice.

When you say it "dies", do you mean it sits for two weeks then won't start because the battery is dead? Or do you mean it starts, then dies after a few minutes of running?

No you can drive it and it starts fine for 2wks then the battery goes dead.
Have you tested your alternator? Also might want to check the negative battery cable connections on the frame and motor. If they are loose or dirty the battery will not charge properly
you say no draw on the battery. Have you done a parasitic draw test?
