I have a 95 s10 and engine light comes on after I hit 55 60 after a while I just got the truck a little while ago

there is a code stored in the computer. the truck is obd1, google the procedure to read GM obd1 codes, its easy, then see what the code is and if you need help post back here.

95 can be a pain. Some have a port that looks like the obd2 port but can't be read by a normal obd2 scanner. I hope for your sake you have the older port you can just jump with a paper clip. Sounds like just an evap code assuming the truck has no running issues.
