No Fire

Asked by lilmick21602 Sep 13, 2010 at 03:37 PM about the 1995 Chevrolet S-10 RWD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

No fire on my 2.2.  Replaced battery, plugs, wires, coil packs, crankshaft sensor, and had autozone check my ICM.
No volts on the pulse wire, scanner wont read anything except 0 rpms on datascan.
What do I check next?
Any ideas welcome.

Thanks
Mick

check to make sure the ground connections from the ICM is clean and tight

i had the same problem...could be the ignition module on the distributor...if not that..check pick up coil in the distributor.
