Car wont stay running after it starts. But womt start unless primed

Changed feul pump and now it wont start unless
primed and wont stay running at all

Are you getting fuel to the injectors? Can you hear the pump run? It should run for 3-10 sec. everytime the key is cycled, does it? Check fuses, relay and wiring back at the tank. Is this the reason you changed the pump?
