I'm not sure what testing you've done? Make sure battery has a full charge and battery connections all good. If it cranks good but won't start, have a helper crank it while you check for spark at the plugs. If spark everywhere, use a gage and check proper fuel pressure and fuel injector pulse. If your saying the starter motor won't even crank the engine, have to check starter motor wiring circuits.

May the fuel pump died and you did not run out of gas, or it could be died because you ran out of gas. The fuel pump is cooled by the gas surrounding it and going through it
