I press the clutch petal and I hear a squealing noise, sound like a belt, clutch still engages and shifts, what do I need to do?

Throwout bearing is the most likely cause. If it seizes it will wear the fingers off of the pressure plate and that will be the end of the clutch. I might last a day or 6 months, no way to tell. Better plan on soon getting it fixed.
