What would cause my 2001 blazer to turn over and fire but not stay running for more than a second?

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

It would not start for 2 hours then for reasons unknown to me it started and ran great. It

Sounds like what happened when the chip in the key on my ML320 quit. Sometimes it would start and sometimes it wouldn't. Do you have a spair key? If so try that.

Also the fuel pump relay, the relay that tells the fuel pump to start may be bad, I'm having the same problem, starts, fires, dies.
