How can I straighten a rear bumper

You can't get it perfect if that's what your looking for. Depending on how bent it is, you might be able to pound/pull it back into usable shape with hammers, heat and cables.

reverse the damage, left side pushed in,,anchor to a tree or sturdy object with tow chain, drive forward ,easy ,little by little, your tree or youll be arrested
