Valve replacement

I have a 91 s10 2.5 iron duke.  Do I have to pull my
motor to chance head gasket ? And replace a valve
?

I don't know the exact details for that vehicle but you should be able to pull that head fairly easily.....it is possible that the head bolts near the firewall might be a tight fit but it is unlikely that you need to pull the motor.
