i replaced a alternator and battery on a 2005 express van 3500 it jump started before but now it won crank at all but it tries to all the dash board lights are off is there some sort of antitheft or security syytem that was activated?

I am putting the drum on a 1500 2002 Chevrolet Express and I can not get the drum back on it is to tight and the adjuster is all the way in how come it doesn't go on easy like it is supposed to 1 Answer

The horn stopped working, fuse was blown, changed out fuse, horn still doesnt work. When you depress on the horn it makes a clicking sound in the engine compartment.
