Why isn't my car listed yet?

Question type: Car Selling & Trading In

I have submitted on 3 separate occasions with the
verification code in the window, all very legible, yet I
continue getting an email to submit another. Worst
experience ever. Shouldn't be this difficult listing a car. It's
been over a week now.

All I can suggest is to keep trying or place an ad on a different site.

Worst platform ever. Why is there no customer service number? Is this a legitimate company?

Since you are not paying for the ad all you can do is e-mail.
