06 tauras is running hot...new radiator new water
pump..what to do??

Could be thermostat, or electric radiator fans. Could be a bunch of stuff. You might have to google ways to narrow down.

Could be air in the system. Lots of places especially the heater core for air to be trapped. Try running the car with the cap off for bit with the heater on full blast. Don't let the coolant overflow.
