Why wont my car stay running

I have a 2006 Ford Taurus se and
today I  was driving it and it suddenly
started making a strange noise like  
as if something was boiling and then
it died while I was at a stop light and
it said low oil pressure and I checked
it was only one court low and I added
it when I got to the gas station and it
died again and I noticed that the
power steering housing had fluid on it
so I top that off any ways some  guy
said that it sounds like my starter
was not getting the engine turned
over

What kinds of fluid on the PS pump? Was the reservoir leaking? A sound like boiling could be coolant and your engine was overheating. Definitely sounds like you need to go over the whole vehicle with some proper maintenance.
