Sputtering and loss of power

My 1990 Ford LTD Crown Vic has an issue
where when it reaches a certain speed it
spitters and runs like crap. I’ve replaced the
air filter, cleaned the throttle body, cleaned the
egr valve and replaced the throttle positioning
sensor. When I first replaced the TPS it ran
like a dream but started back up after a day.
So I took it back and replaced it again for the
same result.

It sat for about 15 years. It belonged to my grandpa and he was unable to work on it towards the end. When he passed no one wanted to mess with it but me. Took a couple years to get my mom to come off it. This is one of those deals where I don’t care what it costs so I’ll start at one part of that list and chip away at them.

How was the ⛽ in the car,. 15yr is a long time to setting having the same problems with one I bought
