What could be wrong with my AC system ?

I have a 2002 Chevy Trail Blazer and every morning when a start the engine the AC doesn't start ,I have to wait until I run for about 10 minutes to begin having the AC working

There is a TSB for this issue, I believe updating software (dealer) solves this problem.
