HOW DO I PRIME A OIL PUMP ON A 2002 CHEVROLET TRAIL BLAZER

They make a special pre-luber tool to feed oil into the engine under pressure through the oil pressure sensor hole.

when i change my oil, my filter is wet with oil and if possible i fill the oil filter to keep a constant flow of oil to the engine(just enough to not spill when screwing it in).

why would you have to prime the oil pump, did you change the pump?
