How do I remove unknown driver?

Unknown driver popped up on my dash yesterday
afternoon. I had got a second key made for my wife
to have a key of my truck but the lady didn’t get the
chip in it. Now I can’t start my truck with either key.
Any ideas??

I figured it out...probably should of also said I had put in a new radio but forgot a ground wire lol
