Resetting the PCM is cake. Remove fuse #10 and #28 for an hour. All it takes.

I disconnected my battery for a few days while I replace my fan clutch. Now my headlights dont work. neither high or low beams. I am hearing that disconnecting the battery messed up my pcm and that auto zone wont clear it. he told me it is against the law. What do i do now. I need headlights.
