How to reset 2002 Trailblazer entry frequency RECEIVER (stolen key and fob)

Hello,
   This is my second time asking the same question. It is not being read correctly. I need to reset the actual entry frequency on THE CHEVY TRAILBLAZER. The RECEIVER, in the actual vehicle itself. One of the originals was stolen (probably by a neighbor). How do I reset system?
