04 f250 wont move

My truck turns on but when I put it into gear the
truck wont move forward nor backwards. It revs up
but won't move at all

if its an automatic then your torque converter is probaly scrapnel now. meaning it exploded inside your transmission, and your transmission is not able to get any power from your engine. so the wheels wont turn themselfs. If its a manual, then your transmission band(s) may be busted.
