I have a 1999 Ford F-250. I replaced both batteries, the alternator,and the battery cable. Before this all happened I had 14.2-14.4 volts charging. Now I have 12.2 without a load on the system.

With a load on the system I have 11.5-11.8? Any help would be much appreciated..

Alternator is not charging. When you turn the key on does the alternator. light come on?
