1992 f-250 wont start

Key to run fuel pump keeps running, both tanks. In aux, no power at all.

The fuel pump should only run for a few seconds .. if it continues to run after that time then it's either not getting fuel or the pump is shot ... I suspect the inlet side of the pump is blocked and the pump is starved
